1. Scholarly Quality & Peer Review Model

All submitted research manuscripts undergo rigorous double-anonymous peer review by a minimum of two qualified independent academic reviewers. Authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the evaluation process to prevent bias.

2. Reviewer Code of Conduct & Responsibilities

Peer reviewers play a critical role in preserving academic integrity. Reviewers must adhere to the following core responsibilities:

• Confidentiality: Manuscripts are confidential documents. Reviewers must not share, discuss, or use manuscript contents prior to publication.
• Conflicts of Interest: Reviewers must recuse themselves if a financial, institutional, or personal conflict of interest exists.
• Evidence-Based Assessment: Evaluations must be objective, constructive, and supported by empirical evidence and scholarly literature.
• Respectful Feedback: Peer review comments must remain respectful and focused strictly on scientific merit and clarity.
• Intellectual Property Protection: Reviewers must not use unpublished ideas or data from submitted manuscripts in their own research.

3. Editorial Integrity & Decisions

Editorial decisions—including acceptance, revision requests, or rejection—are made by academic editors based strictly on peer review reports, methodological validity, originality, and adherence to journal scope. Commercial, political, or institutional considerations never influence editorial outcomes.

4. Metadata Integrity & DOIs

Every published article receives a canonical Crossref Digital Object Identifier (DOI), complete with author ORCIDs, funding declarations, and structured reference metadata to guarantee permanent citation tracking and global index discovery.

5. Long-Term Preservation

Every publication is treated as part of a permanent academic record. Opus Publica maintains active digital preservation strategies to ensure published scholarship remains accessible indefinitely.
