About Opus Publica
Research Published with Purpose. Knowledge Built to Endure.

Publishing Mission & Purpose
Opus Publica is an international open-access scholarly publishing platform dedicated to research that advances understanding of global affairs, public policy, society, law, culture, finance and the institutions that shape our shared future.
Established to serve the global academic community, Opus Publica provides a rigorous, transparent framework for publishing peer-reviewed journals, research monographs, and policy studies. We operate on the conviction that scholarly communication must be accessible, persistent, and held to the highest standards of research integrity.
Institutional Affiliation & Governance
Opus Publica is published in affiliation with the Advocacy Unified Network (AUN), which serves as institutional funder and supporting network across global offices in The Hague, New York, Durban, and Kathmandu.
Editorial Independence Statement:
While AUN provides infrastructure and institutional backing, individual editorial decisions—including manuscript acceptance, peer review assessments, and editorial board governance—are conducted independently by academic editors and peer reviewers without commercial or political interference.
Digital Infrastructure
Our custom multi-tenant publishing platform manages the complete scholarly lifecycle—from submission tracking and double-anonymous peer review to automated PDF typesetting and XML metadata generation.
Persistent Metadata & DOIs
Every published manuscript receives a canonical Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registered with Crossref, guaranteeing permanent citation tracking, funding disclosures, and inter-system interoperability.
Open Access & Rights
All articles are published under Creative Commons Attribution licenses (CC BY 4.0), allowing authors to retain full copyright while enabling maximum global reach, citation, and educational reuse.
